Increase flexibility, balance, and overall body control through targeted stretches, conditioning, and skill-focused drills.

Improve height, power, and technique in toe touches, pikes, and hurdler jumps. This class emphasizes proper form, strength training, and drills to maximize performance and clean execution.

Interested in trying cheer before registering for our Novice program in the fall? Extreme Start is perfect for beginners to learn the basics of cheerleading such as motions, jumps, tumbling and stunts.

One-on-one instruction tailored to your athletes specific goals and abilities. Whether working on tumbling skills, jumps, flexibility, or routine technique, private lessons provide focused attention and accelerated progress.
(Private lessons are available at Coaches discretion)
Open practice time for athletes to work on skills in a supervised gym setting. This is a great opportunity to get extra reps, build confidence, and stay active outside of regular classes or team practices. Coaches are present for supervision and safety.
Speciality training sessions offered throughout the season focusing on specific skills such as tumbling, jump intensives, stunt technique, or choreography. Clinics are a great way to level up quickly in a focused setting.
